B-BBEE Thresholds For The Property Sector Charter
The Property Sector Charter Thresholds Are To Determine If A Company Is Verified As An EME, QSE Or Generic Enterprise On A B-BBEE Scorecard. A ‘Threshold’ Is Measured By The Annual Revenue Of The Company.
This Charter Is Split Into 3 Sub-Sectors Of Property Categories Being:- Asset Based Entities, Service Based Entities And Estate Agency Entities. Each Of These Sub-Sectors Have Different Thresholds Which Are Shown In Table Below.
It Is Important To Note That A Company Falls Onto A Sector Charter If More Than 60% Of Their Revenue Is Derived From That Sector.
